Wall Cabinet Construction

Standard wall end panels are 3/4″ thick plywood on exposed ends, concealed sides are 1/2″ thick plywood.  Both are machined to receive a 1/2″ thick plywood floor and a 1/4″ thick natural birch veneer back.  All exposed ends are furniture grade plywood.  The interior of the cabinet is natural birch wood veneer.  The exterior bottoms of wall cabinets are natural birch and are finished to match the rest of the cabinet.


Base Cabinet Construction

Standard base end panels are 3/4″ thick plywood on exposed ends, concealed sides are 1/2″ thick plywood.  Both are machined to receive a 1/2″ thick plywood floor and a 1/4″ thick natural birch veneer back.  All exposed ends are furniture grade plywood.  The interior of the cabinet is natural birch wood veneer.  Base cabinets 24″ wide and over, receive a 3/4″ thick vertical support under the floor of the cabinet for maximum strength and weight capacity.  A 1/2″ thick recessed plywood toe space is installed for strength and rigidity.


Tall Cabinet Construction

Standard tall end panels are 3/4″ thick plywood on exposed ends, concealed sides are 1/2″ thick plywood.  Both are machined to receive a 1/2″ thick plywood floor.  A 1/2″ thick natural birch veneer top and 1/4″ back.  All exposed ends are furniture grade plywood.   The interior of the cabinet is natural birch wood veneer.  Tall cabinets have a fixed plywood shelf installed behind the middle cross rail, and a 3/4″ thick vertical support under the floor on cabinets 24″ and over for maximum strength and weight capacity.  A 1/2″ thick recessed plywood toe space is installed for strength and rigidity.
